Requirements for Modern Room Automation Systems |
||
| Technical building services are becoming increasingly important in planning, constructing and operating modern property. The reasons for this include growing demands from investors, operators and users for buildings with improved energy efficiency, greater comfort, minimum life-cycle costs, flexible use, profitability and intrinsic value. At the same time, energy efficiency requirements for buildings are stipulated by the EPBD and EnEV, and there exist certification systems such as the DGNB, BREEAM and LEED. These requirements can only be met by universal system solutions that take the building as a whole, integrating multiple services in unison. ROOM4D meets all the requirements of VDI 3813, which describes the basic functions of room automation. Sensors and sensor elements comply with VDI/VDE 3512 (quality class A or tolerance class A-TGA), an essential basic requirement for energy-efficient room automation. ROOM4D also meets the energy efficiency requirements of DIN EN 15232 right up to the highest efficiency class A. In addition, ROOM4D contains a variety of function modules for implementing special, innovative room automation concepts that facilitate particularly efficient operation. ROOM4D brochure |
